Before you start, know that...
To start classes it's not necessary to purchase swimming goggles. The teacher will instruct the child to buy the model of goggles in the inaugural class.
Classes, if necessary, must be canceled up to 24h in advance, otherwise a fee or the full cost of the class will be charged, except for medical excuses.
If you are aware of any future absence (travel schedule, events), please notify 15 days in advance.
On days with a forecast of rain, the client can cancel up to 1 hour in advance, in order not to be charged for the class.
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel or not the class for weather reasons. Once confirmed, if the teacher is there, or on the way, and it starts to rain, the class will be canceled and you will have to pay as usual.
We ask that you pay attention to the schedules, as we are unable to restore delays.
Class replacements: may occur, depending on the availability of the teacher x client's schedule, once a month
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation between 24 to 12 hours' notice - $20.00
Cancellation between 6 to 12 hours' notice - $30.00
Cancellation with less than 6 hours' notice - 100% of the lesson fee
