LA Fitness - Group Lesson

Membership & Access Swim lessons are open to both LA Fitness members and non-members. Access to the LA Fitness pool is permitted only during the scheduled swim lesson time. Students and/or parents/guardians are not allowed to use any other LA Fitness facilities, including gym equipment and spa. Parent/Guardian Supervision Children are not permitted in the club without adult supervision. A parent or guardian must remain on the pool deck for the entire duration of the lesson. This is not a drop-off program. Check-In & Pool Access All swim school students will receive an identifier, which must be presented at the LA Fitness front desk upon arrival. Children must be accompanied by an adult from the front entrance, through the lobby, and to the pool deck via the locker room hallway. Locker Room & Changing Policy Children are not allowed to change or loiter in the locker rooms. Changing must take place only in the dressing pods provided by Nakamura Swimming on the pool deck. Children may use the toilets in the locker rooms but may not use the showers. All showering must be done on the pool deck. Pool Environment Pool water is heated to 85+ degrees for a comfortable learning experience. Payment & Expiration Payment is required in advance at the time of registration. Packages must be completed within the stated time frame: 4-Class Pack: within 30 days 12-Class Pack: within 3.5 months 24-Class Pack: within 3.5 months (if 2x per week) or 6.5 months (if 1x per week) Make-Up & Cancellations For the 4-Class Pack: make-up lessons are available if canceled at least 24 hours in advance, within the validity period of the pack. For the 12-Class and 24-Class Packs: make-up lessons must be rescheduled within the same month of the missed class. No credits, transfers, or refunds will be issued for unused sessions. Private Lessons Private lessons follow the same expiration and make-up policies as group lessons, with pricing specific to the private lesson packs. Waiver & Liability All participants must sign the Nakamura Swimming waiver prior to their first lesson. By registering, you acknowledge and accept all policies above.
